Cancellation & Deposit Policy

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel appointments.
• Deposits are non-refundable. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the treatment cost will be forfeited.
• Appointments not changed or cancelled within 48 hours will result in loss of the deposit.
• Series or package treatments are non-refundable.
• If you change your mind on a purchased treatment series, a $99 administration fee will apply to amend your treatments.
